About Me
Dorcas is a junior in college in beautiful Sunny Southern California. On her free time she enjoys baking and exploring. She hopes to visit at least 40 countries and all the mordern world wonders.
Why Baking?
My favorite thing about baking is the science and art that goes into baking. I enjoying mixing together different ingredients and flavors to create something edible and delicious. Currently, I have been exploring combining unique cake flavors together.
Currently
During the global pandemic, I have gotten to bake a lot more than usual. I have made lots of birthday cakes and cookies. I even experimented with making coconut macaroons!
